The newspaper is written by/for bilingual, bicultural Latinos for Latinos in business, community and civic organizations, students and faculty as well as other professionals from San Joaquin, Stanislaus and Sacramento Counties.

The annual income level of our readership is $30,000 to $100,000.

The age range reflects our target of readers between the ages of 18 to 65.

Latino Times is a free publication with over 1,000 drop-off locations and also emailed electronically to 65,000 in the Central Valley not including the Bay Area.

Latino Times is the only bilingual, 100% minority owned publication in the Central Valley now in it’s 19th year.
